Cheryl is a paralegal in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Group where she assists our attorneys with probate and trust administration, preparation of estate and gift tax returns and transferring our clients’ assets for estate planning purposes.

In her over 14 years as a paralegal in an area of law that can be highly emotional, Cheryl has seen that “help” can take many forms.  For many clients, Cheryl assists by answering questions about transferring assets, taking them step-by-step through the probate and trust administration process or generally using her years of experience to help clients navigate through unfamiliar territory.  Cheryl recognizes that for others, “help” can be more abstract and she considers it equally important in her job to also assist clients by listening, being worthy of their trust and by understanding the personal difficulties that sometimes arise in this area of law.
