Courtney (Bronstein) Nussbaum is an associate in the Real Estate Group where she represents a broad range of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, joint venture formation and development.

From the outset of a deal and throughout the course of the transaction, Courtney makes a concerted effort to communicate with her clients to better understand each client’s needs and priorities.  This communication and understanding enables Courtney to deliver effective client service and to obtain results that align with her clients’ priorities.

Prior to joining Levenfeld Pearlstein, Courtney was an associate in the Real Estate Group of another Chicago-based firm.
