Dannia is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group. As a member of the group, she advises and represents clients in a range of corporate matters, including business formation, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, securities laws and contract negotiation. Dannia also represents private investment fund clients in structuring fund formations. Dannia likes working with corporate clients to solve complicated business issues and navigate closing significant transactions with speed and accuracy.

Prior to joining LP, Dannia worked in the Investment Products and Derivatives practice group at Sidley Austin LLP, an AM Law 100 firm. She graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law first in the class, with a summa cum laude designation. While in law school, Dannia was an associate editor of the University of Illinois Law Review.
