Jane Moon is a member in the Intellectual Property group where she helps clients establish and protect their intellectual property rights in the United States and abroad. She specializes in trademark prosecution, including advising clients in trademark searches and clearance, use and protection of their valuable brands, and Office Action responses.

Prior to joining Levenfeld Pearlstein, Jane was a U.S. attorney at a full-service intellectual property law firm in South Korea where her international experience gives her a unique perspective when working with clients.

Jane has full professional proficiency in Korean.
