Kim is a paralegal in the Real Estate Group with over 20 years’ experience in real estate law.  Throughout the life of the transaction, from inception through completion, Kim works closely with all parties, including the attorneys, client, title company representative, surveyor, real estate agent and lender to ensure a timely and efficient transaction.  Kim is proficient in conducting title and survey review, preparation of closing documentation (including corporate authority documents) and managing title clearance and closing matters. Kim also assists the Trusts and Estates Group with property transfers on residential property preparing deeds, transfer declarations and other conveyance documents.

Prior to joining Levenfeld Pearlstein, Kim worked as a paralegal at another Chicago firm for more than 15 years. In that role, she gained valuable experience in matters related to real estate, corporate law, evictions, civil litigation, estate planning and probate law.
