Linsey is a partner in the Real Estate group and focuses on representation of commercial landlords and tenants.  She has extensive experience with leasing, acquisitions and dispositions and development.  In addition to spending numerous years in the real estate field, Linsey has experience in the public finance and municipal sectors, allowing her to bring a unique perspective to deal structuring and entitlement work.  By understanding the concerns of the municipal officials involved in development review, she is able to efficiently navigate clients through the approval process, acting as a liaison between the client and the community.  Linsey’s public finance background allows her to advise clients as to availability of and limitations on local government incentives and to craft innovative public-private partnerships.       

By working to anticipate her client’s individual needs, building in possible adjustments to project schedules and focusing on the steps needed to achieve the final outcome, Linsey is focused on delivering timely and cost-efficient results for her clients. Linsey’s real estate development experience supports her mission to understand the day-to-day challenges facing each of her clients, helping them work toward a successful outcome that is consistent with their future goals.
