Marc Joseph is a partner in the Real Estate Group and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He is also a certified public accountant. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, finance, and corporate law, Marc has extensive experience with a diverse area of legal and business matters. 

Throughout his career, Marc has handled complex real estate matters, including joint ventures and partnership agreements involving preferred returns, buy-sells and control issues,  bankruptcy-related real estate and lease acquisitions, retail, office and industrial leases with national tenants and purchases and dispositions involving tax structuring, earnouts and master leases.

From a financing perspective, Marc has represented both lender and borrower on matters involving loan documentation, workouts, restructuring, participations, tri-party agreements and convertible mortgages.

Marc works to bring a proactive, business-oriented approach to sophisticated transactions, while consistently being mindful of his clients' individual goals.
