Matt Weiss is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group where he represents institutional investors, companies, developers and other property owners in a wide range of complex real estate transactions. Matt represents clients in all matters related to the acquisition and disposition, financing, construction and development of commercial property. Matt also represents commercial landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiating of leases and related documents and counsels landlords on a variety of tenant-related legal issues. With significant prior experience in real estate and construction litigation, Matt brings a litigator’s experience, keen eye and perspective to the drafting and negotiating table.

Matt works closely with his clients to understand how his clients runs his or her business and to determine how to help his clients make informed decisions that are best for his clients’ short-term and long-term goals. Matt also believes the practice of law is an honorable profession and should be practiced by individuals with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
