Nicholas is an associate with the Community Association Group. With a strong background in real estate and community association, Nicholas actively pursues the best solution to every matter.

Prior to joining Levenfeld Pearlstein, Nicholas began his career as a project coordinator and assistant manager of operations at a real estate management company. Further expanding his expertise, Nicholas worked as a property manager for Chicago condominium associations as well as plan coordinator, a position that required developing and implementing operation plans for Chicago high-rise condominium associations.

Upon entering law school, Nicholas worked as a real estate/condominium law clerk with two other Chicago firms. He was the Treasurer of the Chicago-Kent College of Law Real Estate Law Society for one year and a member for three years.

When he's not at LP, Nicholas can be found working with his father at their rental properties company, where he purchases and manages income-producing properties in Chicago. His passion for real estate also extends into his love for photography. Off-beat urban location and rural landscapes are among his favorite scenes to capture.
