Raina is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group. As a member of the group, she advises and represents clients on a range of corporate matters, including private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities laws and contract negotiation.  Raina also has experience representing clients in the investment funds industry with respect to hedge funds and private equity funds.  She enjoys working with her clients and collaborating with them to understand their business in order to come up with effective solutions that meet their objectives. Her experience prior to entering law school included work at a management and strategy consulting firm where she helped private equity clients make important buying decisions.

Prior to joining LP, Raina practiced law at boutique corporate firm and in the Investment Funds, Advisers and Derivatives group at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago. She also worked for Teach for America as the Director of Development Campaigns and Innovation. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with her J.D. in 2010.
