Vince is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. He represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including dispositions, acquisitions, leasing, and development, as well as financing and management on behalf of institutional owners. He drafts and negotiates commercial real estate documents for office, retail, vacant land, and development properties and has experience reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating title, survey, and zoning reports. Vince approaches his work with the mindset that a successful transaction means achieving the best possible results for his clients, while effectively communicating with opposing parties to move the transaction along.

Prior to joining LP, Vince was an associate at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks in Chicago. He received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was an Associate Editor of The Elder Law Journal.
