Chris Pesch is Of Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Chris represents clients in securities matters and M&A transactions. He has represented issuers and underwriters in public securities officers and advises clients on SEC reporting and compliance requirements. He also represents clients in complex mergers, acquisitions, and public securities transactions.
He has led the IPO registration process for various technology and financial services firms, handled FINRA compliance and investigations for registered broker-dealers, and facilitated M&A deals ranging from tens of millions to over $1 billion.
Chris has previous experience at national law firms and as in-house counsel at insurance brokerage firms. Taking a progressive and forward-thinking approach, he guides senior leadership through transactions and corporate governance matters to help them achieve their business objectives.
Chris earned his J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and his B.A. from Lake Forest College.
