Levenfeld Pearlstein’s Corporate Group Expands with the Addition of Corporate Attorney Ari Mintzer

Mintzer represents clients such as private and public companies, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions in sophisticated M&A and financing transactions, including litigation finance transactions with non-traditional asset classes. With previous experience as assistant corporate secretary and associate general counsel for public companies, including Illinois Tool Works, Hillrom Holdings, and Baxter International, Mintzer’s advice extends beyond the legal issues and includes the business implications of various legal options.
