CHICAGO, September 9, 2024 – Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is thrilled to welcome Chris Lepore as a Partner in the firm’s Employment & Executive Compensation Group.

Lepore represents employers nationwide of all sizes and types, partnering with them as a strategic advisor on a wide range of day-to-day workplace issues, including hirings, terminations, reductions in force, performance management, leave management, internal complaints, wage-and-hour issues, independent contractor relationships, and accommodations. He works closely with clients to design, draft, and implement workplace policies and procedures that reflect their business objectives and culture while ensuring federal, state, and local compliance. If litigation becomes necessary, he represents employers and senior executives in employment disputes before courts, administrative agencies, and arbitrators.

“We are so excited to have Chris join our team,” said Laura Friedel, leader of LP’s Employment & Executive Compensation Group.  “Chris’ focus on balancing legal risk in personnel-related situations with the realities of running a business allows him to find the practical, business-focused solutions that clients are looking for.”

Lepore earned his J.D., from Washington University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
