We typically close over 80 transactions per year with values ranging from under $10M to over $1B.

Our clients include financial sponsors (including private equity funds, independent sponsors and searchers), private investors, family offices, strategic acquirers, and privately-held companies (including PE-backed, founder/family-owned and professional service firms).

We are a full-service transaction team and work collaboratively across practice groups with specialists experienced in corporate, tax, securities, debt financing, labor and employment, ERISA, executive compensation and employee benefits, intellectual property, real estate, estate planning, bankruptcy litigation, data security, and other disciplines that are directly relevant to the deal.
