Elizabeth O’Brien is a Partner in and Leader of the Real Estate Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial property. She has counseled local and national developers on contract drafting and negotiation, construction matters, financing, leasing, deal structuring and joint ventures.

Lisa Vandesteeg is a Partner in the Financial Services & Restructuring Group at Levenfeld Pearlstein. She focuses on identifying risk exposure and mitigating liability for clients, with a concentration in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and data security and privacy. She represents various stakeholders in bankruptcy courts throughout the U.S. She has also developed a unique niche practice at the intersection of bankruptcy and privacy, which has become increasingly important for her clients as privacy and data security compliance, breach response, and, most recently, issues related to deployment and use of artificial intelligence continue to grow in importance.
