Becky is the firm’s Director of Practice Operations. She oversees our practice groups’ daily operations and Practice Operations Managers, working closely with Practice Group Leaders to design and implement group plans and strategic initiatives. In collaboration with group members, Becky helps facilitate and optimize business planning, talent development, workflow, and operations management.
In addition to her management experience, Becky has approximately 30 years of paralegal experience. She focused on corporate and securities matters, supporting attorneys in their representation of clients in a range of transactional, commercial, and securities matters. Her extensive transactional experience has equipped her to provide focused and thoughtful support to other areas of the firm. As a result, she has assisted attorneys in LP’s Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, and Financial Services and Restructuring Groups. She has provided corporate and project management support in commercial real estate and lending transactions and worked closely with family offices.
Prior to her current role, Becky served as the firm’s Practice Group Manager and Paralegal Project Manager, roles that combined her paralegal experience and passion for process improvement. She focused on firm-wide project management, process mapping, and training. Now, she leverages her wide range of experience in her role as Director of Practice Operations.
Becky has earned a Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma and Project Management, a Certificate in Change Management from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute, and a Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma from Bold Duck Studios.

My favorite vacation sport is Eagle River, Wisconsin. Reconnecting with my family and nature in the Northwoods away from technology is simply the best.How do you spend your free time?
I spend my free time volunteering with people with special needs. I also enjoy gardening and reading a good book.If you weren’t a paralegal, what would you be?
If I weren’t a paralegal, I’d love to be a music teacher.
