She routinely drafts, manages and organizes various real estate, loan and corporate authority documents; examines title, survey and other third-party reports; interfaces with clients, title companies, surveyors and diligence vendors; and is involved in all stages of transactions from pre-closing to post-closing.
Cristy earned her B.S., summa cum laude, from Hodges University. She is a registered paralegal with the Florida Bar and certified Lean Legal Sigma White Belt.
