Blake Hanson is a partner in the Real Estate Group. He focuses on representing clients in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and mortgage financing.

He represents landlords, tenants, and developers throughout the country in leasing matters for office, retail, restaurant, industrial, warehouse, and student housing space. Additionally, he  regularly represents lenders in connection with construction financings, including syndicated financings, of multi-family, retail, office, hotel, hospital and retail properties.

Blake earned his J.D. from University of Notre Dame and his B.A., cum laude, from Wheaton College. Prior to joining LP, Blake was a partner at Quarles & Brady LLP.
