CHICAGO, September 21, 2021 – Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC (LP) is pleased to announce that partners Jeffery Hoffenberg, David Solomon, and Lauren Wolven have been appointed to our Executive Committee.

Our recent leadership transitions are a part of LP’s deliberate firm-wide succession planning protocol, designed to provide opportunities for different individuals at the firm to serve in leadership roles and provide seamless continuity of experience as our senior leaders transition and our emerging leaders embrace the responsibility of leadership. Since our early days, LP’s leadership has cultivated leaders through a formal training program, and its successful implementation continues to create future leaders with skills that build upon those of their predecessor.

“At LP, we pride ourselves on our commitment to developing and promoting the next generation of leaders,” said Robert A. Romanoff, Chairman and Managing Partner of LP. “Each of these new members to our Executive Committee has a proven track record of mentorship and leadership that focuses on empowering the next generation of leaders.”
