Alyx is an associate in the Trusts & Estates Group. She works with clients to draft and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies, including complex gift and estate tax planning for high-net-worth individuals. Alyx also represents fiduciaries in trust and estate administration.
Alyx understands the significant role that complex financial and family dynamics play in both the estate planning and administration process. Alyx takes the time to listen to her clients’ needs and interests in order to craft a plan tailored to them.
Alyx earned her J.D from University of Illinois Chicago Law School (formerly, The John Marshall Law School), with a certificate in alternative dispute resolution. She earned her B.S. and Graduate Certificate from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. As a volunteer attorney with the Wills for Heroes Program, she prepares wills and powers of attorney for first responders, and their spouses. Additionally, Alyx is on the Illinois State Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Council.
