Grant is a partner in the Trusts & Estate Group. His practice focuses on counseling clients on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies. He also advises financial institutions on fiduciary matters and administers the estate settlement process for estates ranging from $1 million to $300 million.
His clients include business owners, corporate and individual fiduciaries, charitable organizations, families and individuals. He has deep experience in the administration of trusts and estates from both legal and business perspectives.
Prior to entering private practice, Grant worked at a nationally recognized trust company administering trusts and estates. He earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law and his degree in finance from Indiana University. Grant is currently on the executive board of the Chicago Bar Association Trust Law Committee.
Grant shares his knowledge and experience with others in the industry, including participating in speaking engagements before the Chicago Bar Association and publishing in the National Law Review.
