Gwen is a paralegal in LP’s Corporate Group. While working alongside attorneys and staff, she focuses on providing transactional support for a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A and financing transactions.

Additionally, Gwen has experience coordinating various contracts, assisting with compliance matters, and supporting attorneys and staff in real estate transactions.

Gwen earned her paralegal certificate from Washington Online Learning Institute and her Associate of Applied Science degree, with a focus in legal studies, from Indiana Business College.  She joins LP with over two decades of industry experience.
