Kara is the Director of Legal Recruiting. Her focus is on overseeing all aspects of attorney and paralegal recruiting. She works closely with practice group leaders to coordinate job postings, interview schedules, offers, and onboarding of partners, associates, and paralegals.
Kara is an experienced legal recruiter and a member of the Chicago Association of Legal Personnel Administrators. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University.
