Kim joined the firm as a paralegal in the Real Estate Practice Group in 2015. Her primary areas of concentration are sales and acquisitions of commercial properties nationwide with a focus on luxury multifamily apartment complex acquisitions. Throughout the life of the transaction, from inception through completion, she works closely with all parties, including the attorneys, client, title company representatives, surveyor, zoning analyst, real estate agent and lender to ensure a timely and efficient transaction. Kim pays great attention to detail and is proficient in performing contract review, determining critical dates, conducting complex title and survey review, drafting closing documentation (including corporate authority documents) and managing title clearance and closing matters.
She has more than 25 years’ experience in real estate law and prior to joining Levenfeld Pearlstein worked in law firms where she gained valuable knowledge assisting attorneys in matters related to real estate, corporate law, evictions, civil litigation, estate planning and probate law.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys yoga and spending time with family and friends.
