Lauren Flamang is a partner in the Financial Services and Restructuring Group.
Her practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in international and domestic transactions, including secured and unsecured financing agreements, asset-based loans, term loan facilities, revolving credit facilities, letter of credit facilities, floor plan financings, acquisition financings, private-placement securities offerings, and first-lien/second-lien financing transactions.
Lauren has also represented various pro bono clients, including asylum seekers, U visa applicants, DACA applicants, wrongfully imprisoned individuals, and 501(c)(3) applicants.
She joins Levenfeld Pearlstein from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She earned her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from St. Norbert College.
