Mark Vaughan is Senior Counsel in Levenfeld Pearlstein's Real Estate Group, where he represents clients ranging from retail, commercial, industrial and residential property owners and developers to banking and financial service institutions in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, land use and other municipal matters. His transactional work also includes workouts and restructurings, tax-increment financing and construction contracting.
Mark has contributed to publications having co-authored "Landlord Liability for Tenants Trading in Counterfeit Goods," in Commercial Leasing Law & Strategy and well as for the ALM Law Journal Newsletters.

What is the most interesting part of your job?
The most interesting part of my job is the closing of a deal. While we certainly strive to avoid surprises and close as uneventfully as possible, things are not always that easy. I definitely enjoy the high of confronting and successfully overcoming last minute hurdles or obstacles.What is your favorite quote?
